A World Without Art is not a World at All

Inspired by Tim Burton, Norman Rockwell and N.C. Wyeth my work is mainly realistic. My first recognition upon graduating high school was an award for 3-D excellence and I continue to pursue dimensions with textures in illustration.
In my mural work I depicted what reading meant to the elementary students at Brecht Elementary in Lancaster, Pa. The Pennsylvania College of Art & Design chose my modern day take on American Gothic by Grant Wood as a welcoming poster.
The first installation work I have done was I illustrated an underwater scene with an octopus, sting ray, bubbles and vibrant coral as well as a laughing hyena, a totem pole of tiki men, and a forest scape.

I look forward to completing numerous illustration projects as well as those contrasting. I aim to continue my education in digital media and animation. I aspire to do album art or collaborate with other artists for music videos.
